Executive Summary of Job Description
Position Title: District Manager
Reports to: LSWDD Board of Directors
This is a ½ time position requiring 20 hours per week at a negotiated hourly rate. As the LSWDD District Manager, you work in a collaborative environment with the Facility Manager and Board of Directors to:
Manage the financial, legal and regulatory affairs of the LSWDD, ensuring that all accounting and reporting is done accurately and in a timely, auditable manner according to county, state and federal laws and regulations.
Supervise the on site Facility Manager, as well as staff in offsite work, such as IT, PR, and the Training, Education and Outreach Coordinator.
Connect and communicate with the LSWDD Board of Directors, San Juan County staff, and the community to strategically promote and sustain the LSWDD mission.
