Executive Summary of Job Description


Position Title: District Manager

Reports to: LSWDD Board of Directors


This is a ½ time position requiring 20 hours per week at a negotiated hourly rate. As the LSWDD District Manager, you work in a collaborative environment with the Facility Manager and Board of Directors to:

  • Manage the financial, legal and regulatory affairs of the LSWDD, ensuring that all accounting and reporting is done accurately  and in a timely, auditable manner according to county, state and federal laws and regulations.

  • Supervise the on site Facility Manager, as well as staff in offsite work, such as IT, PR, and the Training, Education and Outreach Coordinator.

  • Connect and communicate with the LSWDD Board of Directors, San Juan County staff, and the community to strategically promote and sustain the LSWDD mission.
